1. Charlie Turner of Australia has 6 consecutive Test five-wicket-hauls to his credit.The opposition each time was the England squad.
2. Jimmy Sinclair of South Africa was the first cricketer to claim a five wicket haul in a test innings and then score a century in the same test match. Playing against England, his performance was 6 for 26 with the ball and 106 runs with the bat. The match was played at Newlands, Capetown between 1 - 4 April, 1899.
3. WG Grace, Fred Grace and Edward Grace, all brothers, made their debuts for England in the same Test match - played against Australia at The Oval, in the year 1880.
4. Ricky Ponting of Australia captained his side for a record 230 ODI matches.
5. Sachin Tendulkar has a record 62 ODI Man Of The Match awards to his credit.
